Toffee Sauce
Ingredients:
75g/3oz/6 tbsp butter
75g/3oz/⅓ cup soft brown sugar
400ml/14fl oz/1⅔ cups condensed milk
Method:
1 Melt the butter in a pan with the sugar. Mix in the condensed milk and cook over a low heat, stirring, for 3–4 minutes, until the sauce smells of toffee. Serve warm or cold.
