Horseradish

How to Make  Horseradish Recipe - preparation 5 minutes Serves 4

Ingredients:
2 tbsp grated fresh horseradish
juice of ½ lemon
2 tsp sugar
150ml/¼ pint/scant ⅔ cup double (heavy) cream

Method:
1 Mix the horseradish, lemon juice and sugar.

2 Whip the cream to soft peaks, then fold in the horseradish mixture.
