Mint Sauce
Ingredients:
1 small bunch of mint, finely chopped
2 tsp caster (superfine) sugar
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Method:
1 Put the mint and sugar in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp boiling water and leave for 5 minutes.
2 Stir in the wine vinegar. Set aside for 1 hour before serving.
