Simple Hummus
Ingredients:
1 x 400g/14oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
juice of 1 lemon
4 tbsp tahini
1 garlic clove, crushed
5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method:
1 Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to a paste. Transfer to a bowl and chill in the refrigerator until required.
