Avocado Dip
Ingredients:
175g/6oz/⅔ cup virtually fat-free fromage frais
1 ripe avocado, peeled, stoned and mashed
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
Method:
1 Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until blended. Transfer to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator until required.
