Simple Blue Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
150ml/¼ pint/scant ⅔ cup soured cream
1 garlic clove, crushed
175g/6oz blue cheese
juice of 1 lemon
salt and ground black pepper
Method:
1 Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Transfer to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator until required.
