Rice Burger with Black Pepper Beef

How to Make Rice Burger with Black Pepper Beef Recipe

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
500 grams cooked rice, made into 8 round, flat shapes
Onion, thinly sliced
Lettuce leaves

Burger:
150 grams ground beef
1 egg
50 grams chopped onion
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon black peppercorns
½ teaspoon salt

Sauce:
½ chopped onion
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
½ teaspoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon black peppercorns, coarsely crushed
150 milliliters boiled water

Method:
1. Burger: Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Divide mixture into 4 parts and form into round, flattened shapes. Bake until cooked.

2. Prepare rice. Stacking burgers, add black pepper sauce, onions, and lettuce. Cover with rice.

3. Sauce: Sauté onion and flour until aromatic. Stir in soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, and black pepper. Add water. Mix well until thickened.
