Burger in Three Layers
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
4 burger buns
Cucumber, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons mustard or mayonnaise
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
4 pieces of fried egg
4 pieces of cheese
1 tablespoon margarine
300 grams minced beef sausage
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Method:
1. Burger: Mix all ingredients. Divide dough into 4 pieces. Flatten into a spherical shape and put it into a container. Steam it for 25 minutes.
2. Heat margarine in a skillet. Fry burgers until cooked on both sides. Lift.
3. Grease bun with ketchup and mayonnaise or mustard. Stack it with cheese slice, burgers, eggs, and cucumbers. Serve.
