Beef Burger with Mushroom Sauce
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
4 burger buns
Lettuce
Onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon margarine
250 grams minced meat
3 tablespoons minced onion
2 eggs
2 teaspoons breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon cornstarch
½ teaspoon pepper powder
½ teaspoon salt
Sauce:
5 fresh mushrooms, each cut into 6 pieces
1 tablespoon margarine
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1 1/2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon solution of cornstarch
200 milliliters water
Fried potatoes
Carrot stew
Method:
1. Mix minced meat, onion, egg, bread crumbs, cornstarch, pepper powder, and salt. Knead until dough can be formed.
2. Form 4 pieces of burger and flatten. Steam for 10 minutes. Set aside.
3. Heat a roasting pan and grease with margarine. Bake burger until cooked.
4. Sauce: Sauté onion until fragrant. Add tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce and soy sauce, pepper powder, and salt. Mix well. Pour water and solution of cornstarch. Cook until thickened. Add mushrooms. Stir well and lift.
5. Stack buns with burger, lettuce, and onion. Serve with mushroom sauce, fried potatoes, and carrot stew.
