Kickstart

How to Make Kickstart Recipe - preparation 10 minutes Serves 12

Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana, peeled and sliced
150g/5oz mango, peeled, stoned and chopped
225g/8oz/2 cups strawberries, hulled
3 tbsp porridge oats
250ml/8fl oz/1 cup chilled milk

Method:
1 Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into two glasses.
