Yin Yang Smoothie
Yield: approximately one 20-ounce (570 ml) smoothie
Ingredients:
3 kale leaves, de-ribbed and chopped
1 large handful spinach
1/2 cup (75 g) frozen mixed berries
2 cups (475 ml) coconut water
1 tablespoon (8 g) chia seeds
Method:
In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
Blend on high for 20 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy immediately and sip slowly.
