Chocolate Ginger Orange Twist Smoothie
Yield: approximately one 20-ounce (570 ml) smoothie
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons (12 g) raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon (13 g) cacao butter
1/4 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
1 piece (1/2 inch, or 1 cm) fresh ginger, peeled
1/2 medium naval orange, peeled with pith removed
1 cup (235 ml) unsweetened almond milk
5 to 6 ice cubes
Method:
in a blender, combine all the ingredients.
Blend on high for 20 seconds or until smooth. enjoy immediately and slowly sip.
