Tiddliwink
Ingredients:
15 blueberries
4 ounces orange juice
1 1⁄2 ounces mango rum
1⁄2 cups fresh mango chunks
Method:
Combine the blueberries, orange juice, rum, and mango chunks in a blender and blend on high for 10 seconds. Add 5 or 6 ice cubes and blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass.
