Peaches ’N’ Cream
Ingredients:
1 ripe peach (blanched, peeled, and cut into chunks)
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 ounce Navan vanilla liqueur
1⁄2 ounce peach liqueur
Method:
Combine the peach chunks, ice cream, vanilla liqueur, and peach liqueur in a blender and blend on high for 10 seconds.
Add 5 or 6 ice cubes and blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass.
