Napa Cabbage Salad
Ingredients:
4 cups shredded Napa cabbage
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup shredded carrots
Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
Method:
In a large salad bowl, toss vegetables together. Prepare Dressing. Pour over vegetables; toss until coated. Makes 6 servings.
To prepare Dressing:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Makes 3/4 cup.
