Yogurt Raita

How to Make Yogurt Raita Recipe - preparation 5 minutes Serves 4

250g/8oz/1 cup natural yogurt
a handful of fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves
1 red chilli, seeded and diced
¼ cucumber, grated

1 Blitz the yogurt and coriander in a blender, then mix with the chilli and cucumber. Place in a dish and chill in the refrigerator.
