How to make Frozen Bellini Recipe
Ingredients:
1⁄2 cup peeled and chopped peaches
3 ounces sweet sparkling wine
1 ounce peach liqueur
1⁄2 ounce simple syrup
Method:
Combine the peaches, sparkling wine, peach liqueur, and simple syrup in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds. Add about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass or champagne flute.
