Coffee Cola Float
How to make Coffee Cola Float Recipe - There are many good soy ice creams on the market, so if you cannot tolerate dairy, you can still experience the classic cola float. Be careful when you combine the cola and coffee, as it can get very foamy.
GEAR: ESPRESSO, DAIRY: SOY ICE CREAM, TEMP: COLD, SERVES: 1
Method:
1 Place 1 scoop soy ice cream in the bottom of your serving glass.
2 Brew one shot/1fl oz (25ml) of espresso. Pour it over the ice cream and carefully top up with cola.
SERVE IT UP Serve with a spoon.
