Oven Sweet Potato Chips
Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes or yams
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
Teriyaki Mayonnaise
Method:
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place in the oven. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin, round slices about 1/8 inch thick.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, and salt. Add the sweet potato slices and toss to coat.
Dump the slices onto the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until the edges begin to blacken. Serve with Teriyaki Mayonnaise.
