Tempura Burger
How to make Tempura Burger Recipe
For 4 burgers
4 burger buns
pepper roast
1 red pepper
10 cL olive oil
Breaded Eggplant:
1 large eggplant
1 egg
Some tempura crumbs (Asian grocery stores)
Fried vegetables
1 large onion
1 large mushroom Paris
200 ml cooking oil odor

Some arugula beet and cabbage tops

Method:
Preheat oven to 200 oc (Theorem 6-7). Cook pepper 15 minutes. Out of the oven and put it in 5 minutes a plastic bag. The peel, cut into wedges or into pieces and soak in olive oil. Salt and pepper.

Cut the rolls in half, place them on the grill, spread a little sauce on each bread below, then have a bit of pepper, eggplant, onion and mushroom and a small piece of arugula. Sprinkle with cilantro and close the burger.
