Ingredients :
4 small white bread buns or complete
For the patties:
400 g of turkey fillet
100 g mushrooms Paris
1 egg yolk
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. coffee mustard
1 tsp. tablespoons chopped basil
1 tsp. tablespoons vegetable oil
For the sweet mustard-mayo sauce:
1 tsp. tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tsp. Coffee mustard
1 tsp. tablespoons cream
1 tsp. tablespoons chopped basil
salt and pepper
For assembly:
4 slices of buffalo mozzarella
4 slices of mortadella
4 slices of tomato
4 slices red onion
1 handful of rocket
4 sweet sour pickles
Method:
Mix the turkey fillets with mushrooms previously chopped, egg, curry, mustard and basil. Salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Into balls and flatten slightly. In a hot skillet, pour vegetable oil and roast turkey patties on each side. Book.
Prepare the sauce by mixing all ingredients.
Cut the rolls in half on the bread down to one slice of mozzarella and 1 slice of mortadella, then the cake turkey and bake a few minutes. Remove the bread from the oven and add a little mayo sauce, 1 slice tomato, 1 slice of red onion, a little rocket and then close the burger.
Serve the burgers with a little arugula and sweet and sour pickle one on each plate.
