Burger Madame
How to make Burger Madame Recipe - Preparation time: 20 min, Cooking 10 min
Serve: 4 Burgers
Ingredients:
400 g minced meat extra
1 tsp. tablespoons olive oil
4 large slices or grated cheese emmetal
4 eggs organic extra fees
for the dressing
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. tablespoons soy sauce
1 tsp. tablespoon of liquid honey
3 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
Assembly:
4 tbsp. tablespoon of mayo-mustard sauce
One oak leaf salad
few sprigs of chives
Method:
Form steaks with minced meat. Heat oil in a frying pan and grilling steaks. Add 1 slice of cheese on each steak. Book.
Cook fried eggs, when cooked on the first side, turn them gently with a small spatula so that they cook the next yolk.
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the ingredients.
Cut the bread in half. Assemble the burgers on buns spread below the sauce and remove the meat and cheese, add the fried egg on top.
Cut oak leaves and arrange alongside burgers. Season with dressing and sprinkle with chopped chives. Enjoy immediately!
