Basic Bbq Rub
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons (30 g) kosher salt
2 tablespoons (14 g) paprika
1 tablespoon (6 g) fresh cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon (7.5 g) chili powder
1 teaspoon (3 g) granulated garlic
1 teaspoon (2.4 g) granulated onion
Method:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
YIELD: 1/2 cup (150 g)
