Spicy Plum Dressing
4 SERVINGS:
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Plum sauce
3 tablespoons Lime juice
3 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
For the Spicy Fish Sauce:
4 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Water
1/4 cup Granulated sugar
4 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
1 Thai chile, minced
Method:
Mix plum sauce, lime juice, and vinegar until thoroughly blended, leaving any plum pieces intact.
Combine ingredients for fish sauce. Add to plum mixture.
Stir in the sugar and sesame oil. Stir well.
