4 SERVINGS:
Ingredients:
3 cups Sushi-grade tuna, cut in 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes
1/4 tablespoon Hawaiian salt or kosher salt
1 cup Tomato, peeled, seeded, 1/4 inch (.6 cm) dice
1/2 cup Maui sweet onion, 1/4 inch (.6 cm) dice
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Roasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon Granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons Green onions, sliced, for garnish
Method:
Combine all ingredients except green onions and allow flavors to blend for 1 hour.
Serve chilled. Garnish with green onions.
