Makes 9 To 12 Squares
Ingredients:
3 tbsp (43g) butter, plus more for pan
10 oz (284g) marshmallows (mini or big)
6 ½ cups (138g) rice cereal
¾ cup (121g) pretzel bits (smash or break apart small salted pretzels)
½ cup (90g) semisweet chocolate chips
¼ to ½ cup (45 to 90g) white chocolate chips
Grease a 9 × 13-inch (23 × 33cm) baking pan with a pat of butter.
Method:
Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat. As the butter melts, add the marshmallows. Stir until everything is melted and remove the mixture from the heat as soon as the marshmallows have melted.
Pour in the cereal and stir. Stir in the pretzels followed by the chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into the greased baking pan.
Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before you cut into squares.
