Steak and Ale Marinade
Ingredients:
1 for steaks
1/2 c ketchup
2/3 c tomato juice
1/4 c red wine,or purple grape juice
1 for chicken (or pork)
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c pineapple juice
1/4 c white wine,or white grape juice
Method:
Mix ingredients for each marinade and marinate steaks or chicken up to 24 hours in the fridge. Add a dash of worcestershire sauce to steak marinade.
