Caprese Salad

Ingredients:
16 slices Tomatoes (3 large), peeled
12 slices Fresh mozzarella
20 Basil leaves
1/4 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
to taste Sea salt
to taste Black pepper
Method:
On individual plates, layer alternating slices of tomatoes (4 each serving) and mozzarella (3 each serving), adding a basil leaf between each.
Drizzle the salads with oil and season with salt and pepper.
