Ginulay na kamansi

How to make Ginulay na kamansi Recipe - Add chilies to give this dish come tropical heat. You can serve this dish with a salsa of green mango and bagoong.

2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. garlic
1/4 cup onion, sliced
1/3 cup tomato, sliced
1 cup kamansi, sliced
1 pc. boneless bangus, grilled or fried
1/2 tbsp. fish sauce
1 cup stock
salt and pepper

1. Sauté garlic and onion until golden brown.

2. Add tomato, kamansi and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.

3. Add boneless bangus, fish sauce and stock.

4. Simmer to cook.

5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
