Russian Dressing

How to make Russian Dressing Recipe

3/4 cup (175 g) mayonnaise
1/4 cup (60 g) sour cream
3 tablespoons (45 g) ketchup
2 tablespoons (30 g) pickle relish
1 tablespoon (15 g) prepared horseradish, drained
1 teaspoon (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon (5 ml) hot sauce
1 teaspoon (4 g) sugar
Pinch salt and pepper

Method:
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together well. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. YIELD: 1 1/2 cups (365 g)
