Korean Taco

How to make Korean Taco Recipe

Makes 4-6 tacos

Ingredients:
¾ cup uncooked white rice
1 jar kimchi (14 ounces)
Cracked black pepper for garnish
Garlic Ginger Tortillas (page 146)

Method:
Prepare rice according to package directions.

Top a Garlic Ginger Tortilla with a thin layer of cooked rice, gently patted down. Add kimchi and top with freshly cracked black pepper.
