Blue Burger

How to make Blue Burger Recipe - Preparation 15 min, Cook 5 min

Serve: 4 Burger

Ingredients:
4 buns
500 g extra ground beef
200g blue or Fourme d'Ambert
4 tbsp. tablespoons creamy herb sauce
1 red onion
4 lettuce leaves

Method:
Cut the rolls in half, heat the grill 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, broil 4 meatballs and flatten slightly to form steaks.

Mix a little crumbled blue cheese with sauce. Cut red onion into slices of 0.5 cm.

Blue crush with a fork on a plate spread a little sauce on each half of the bread down and have 1 lettuce leaf and 1 hot steak then spread a little blue on the hot  steaks cheese should begin to melt.

Close each burger. Serve with small fried potatoes with rosemary.
