Javasherry Chip
Ingredients:
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
1⁄4 cup chocolate chips
Shot of coffee (or espresso)
1 ounce sherry (you can use a cream sherry that is a little sweeter,
if preferred)
1 ounce Kahlúa
3 coffee beans, for garnish
Method:
Combine the ice cream, chocolate chips, coffee, sherry, and Kahlúa in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds. Add about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall cocktail glass and garnish with the coffee beans.
