Chocolate Narcissa
Ingredients:
1 large scoop chocolate ice cream
4 chocolate wafer cookies, plus 1 for garnish
1⁄4 cup chocolate chips
1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
1 ounce Kahlúa
1 ounce Godiva chocolate liqueur
Method:
Combine the ice cream, the 4 cookies, chocolate chips, Baileys, Kahlúa, and chocolate liqueur in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds. Add about a half cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall cocktail glass and garnish with the remaining wafer cookie.
