How to make white lady cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 chilled martini glasses
equipment cocktail shaker, strainer
2 measures gin
2 measures Cointreau
2 measures lemon juice
lemon twists
Method:
Pour the gin, Cointreau and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker.
Shake and strain into 2 chilled martini glasses, add a twist of lemon to each and serve.
For a Lady of Leisure, which is a pretty pink cocktail, use 2 measures of gin, 1 measure of Chambord and 1 measure of Cointreau, a dash of lemon juice and 50 ml (2 fl oz) of pineapple juice. Shake and strain into 2 chilled martini glasses and decorate with strips of orange rind.
