How to make buck’s twizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients:
glasses 2 chilled Champagne saucers
2 measures chilled orange juice
1 measure maraschino liqueur
2 measures Absolut Mandarin vodka
chilled Champagne, to top up
rindless pink grapefruit slices, to decorate
Method:
Pour the orange juice and maraschino into 2 chilled Champagne saucers.
Add the vodka and Champagne at the same time (this prevents excessive fizzing). Decorate with rindless pink grapefruit slices and serve.
For a Buck’s Fizz, that much-loved party drink, you need a mixture of orange juice and Champagne. Use about 250 ml (8 fl oz) of fresh orange juice to a bottle of chilled Champagne and mix them in a large jug.
