Coconut Macaroon Pastry

How to make Coconut Macaroon Pastry Recipe

Ingredients:
200g desiccated coconut
150g caster sugar
70g standard plain flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Method:
In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut, sugar and flour. Add eggs and mix well. Press into the base and sides of baking tin with dampened fingers.
