Black Bean and Corn Salsa
How to make Black Bean and Corn Salsa Recipe
Makes 3 cups
Ingredients:
Kernels of 1 ear of corn
1 can black beans (14.5 oz), drained
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Juice of ½ lime
1 Tablespoon paprika
½ Tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Refrigerate leftovers.
