Olive Garden Salad Dressing

How to make Olive Garden Salad Dressing Recipe -  Making the Olive Garden salad dressing at home is easy to do and tastes better than what you can buy off the grocery shelf. The dressing will keep for about 10 days if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

YIELDS 1 cup

Ingredients:
½ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons corn syrup
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Romano cheese
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon parsley flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Sugar (optional)

Method:
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until everything is mixed well.

If you find the dressing a bit tart for your tastes, add a little bit of sugar.
