Bourbon Hard Sauce
Makes about 1-1/2 cups
Ingredients:
Ill cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
4 to 5 tablespoons bourbon
Method:
In a medium-sized bowl, beat butter until light. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add bourbon, a tablespoon at a time, beating until very light. Serve at room temperature.
