1 large red pepper, grilled (broiled) and seeded
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 red chilli, halved and seeded
125ml/4fl oz/1 cup olive oil
2 tbsp fresh white breadcrumbs
1 Blitz the red pepper in a food processor or blender with the garlic and chilli.
2 Gradually pour in the oil until combined. Stir in the breadcrumbs.
