How to make Tom collins cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 highball glasses
4 measures gin
3 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar syrup
ice cubes
soda water, to top up
lemon slices, to decorate
Method:
Put the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into 2 highball glasses.
Stir well and fill the glasses with ice cubes. Top up with soda water, add a lemon slice to each glass and serve.
For a Pedro Collins, replace the gin with rum, and for a Pierre Collins, use brandy instead.
