How to make sex on the beach cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 highball glasses
equipment cocktail shaker, strainer
ice cubes
2 measures vodka
2 measures peach schnapps
2 measures cranberry juice
2 measures orange juice
2 measures pineapple juice (optional)
lemon and lime wedges, to decorate
Method:
Put 8–10 ice cubes into a cocktail shaker and add the vodka, schnapps, cranberry juice, orange juice and pineapple juice (if used). Shake well.
Put 3–4 ice cubes into each highball glass, strain over the cocktail and decorate with the lemon and lime wedges.
For Sex in the Dunes, a shorter drink with more of a kick, replace the cranberry juice and orange juice with 1 measure of Chambord, shake well and decorate each glass with pineapple chunks.
