How to make riviera fizz cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 chilled Champagne flutes
equipment cocktail shaker, strainer
3 measures sloe gin
1 measure lemon juice
1 measure sugar syrup
ice cubes
chilled Champagne, to top up
lemon twists, to decorate
Method:
Put the sloe gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker and add some ice cubes.
Shake and strain into 2 chilled Champagne flutes. Top up with chilled Champagne, stir and decorate each glass with a lemon twist.
For a Classic Champagne Cocktail, the ultimate sparkling drink, place a sugar cube in each Champagne flute, saturate it with Angostura bitters then add 1 measure of brandy. Top up with chilled Champagne.
