How to make lime fizz cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 chilled Champagne flutes
equipment cocktail shaker, strainer
2 lime wedges
2 measures lime vodka
2 measures orange juice
ice cubes
chilled Champagne, to top up
lime rind twists, to decorate
Method:
Squeeze the lime wedges into a cocktail shaker and add the vodka and orange juice with some ice cubes.
Shake briefly and double-strain into 2 chilled Champagne flutes. Top up with chilled Champagne and decorate with lime rind twists.
For a Grand Mimosa, another fruity and refreshing sparkler, to serve 1, pour 1 measure of Grand Marnier and 1 measure fresh orange juice into a Champagne flute, add some ice and top up with chilled Champagne.
