How to make laila cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 chilled martini glasses
equipment muddling stick, cocktail shaker, strainer, cocktail sticks
4 lime wedges
4 strawberries
8 blueberries, plus extra to decorate
2 dashes mango purée
2 measures raspberry vodka ice cubes
Method:
Muddle the lime wedges, berries and mango purée in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Add the raspberry vodka and some ice cubes and shake vigorously. Double-strain into 2 chilled martini glasses, decorate with 3 extra blueberries on a cocktail stick and serve.
For a Rock Chick, which uses another fruit vodka, shake together 2 measures of blackcurrant vodka with a generous dash of peach schnapps and lime juice and plenty of ice. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses.
