How to make horizon cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 chilled martini glasses
equipment cocktail shaker, strainer
3 measures Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka
1 measure Xante pear liqueur
2 measures pressed apple juice
2 teaspoons passion fruit liqueur
2 dashes lemon juice ice cubes lemon twists, to decorate (optional)
Method:
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with some ice cubes.
Shake and double-strain into chilled martini glasses, decorate each with a lemon twist, if you like, and serve.
For a Cosmopolitan, another fruity vodka combination, shake together 2 measures of vodka, 1 measure of Cointreau, 2 measures of cranberry juice, the juice of 1 lime and some cracked ice. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses and decorate with orange twists.
