How to make Hair raiser cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 highball glasses
equipment straws
cracked ice cubes
2 measures vodka
2 measures sweet vermouth
2 measures tonic water
lemon and lime rind spirals, to decorate
Method:
Put 2–4 cracked ice cubes into 2 highball glasses and pour over the vodka, vermouth and tonic water.
Stir lightly, decorate with the lemon and lime rind spirals and serve with straws.
For a Le Mans, another refreshing drink, replace the vermouth with Cointreau and the tonic water with soda water. Decorate with lemon wedges.
