How to make bellini cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 Champagne flutes
equipment mixing glass
4 measures peach juice
8 measures chilled Champagne
2 dashes grenadine (optional)
peach wedges, to decorate
Method:
Mix together the peach juice and chilled Champagne in a large mixing glass. Add the grenadine (if used).
Pour into 2 Champagne flutes, decorate each glass with a peach wedge and serve.
For a Mango Bellini, to serve 1, a fruity variation on the theme, pour 3 measures of mango juice into a Champagne flute and top up with chilled pink Champagne.
