How to make aria classic cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 chilled Champagne flutes
2 brown sugar cubes
6 drops Angostura bitters
2 measures Grand Marnier
chilled Champagne, to top up
orange twists, to decorate
Method:
Put a sugar cube in the bottom of each glass and add 3 drops of bitters to each.
Add the Grand Marnier and stir briefly. Top up with chilled Champagne, decorate each glass with an orange twist and serve.
For a Frobisher, which is stronger stuff, fill highball glasses with ice, add a couple of shakes of Angostura bitters and 1 measure of gin to each one and top up with chilled Champagne.
